A new technology center has been opened by General Dynamics (NYSE:GD) in Sterling Heights.

New Center For General Dynamics (NYSE:GD)

General Dynamics Land Systems, a division of General Dynamics (NYSE:GD), has opened an $11 million center near to its headquarters Friday in a bid to work with smaller firms on developing technology faster and cheaper.

The Maneuver Collaboration Center is intended to provide support to southeastern Michigan’s “defense corridor,” situated between Sterling Heights and Warren.

This new facility will help to attract more defense suppliers.
